Our Shareholders

Octava Property Trust (OPT) currently has four investors. The majority investor, with over 90% of the capital, is Elliott Associates, with the remainder held by Octava S.A. and entities affiliated with the management team.

Elliott Associates

Elliott manages two multi-strategy funds, Elliott Associates, L.P. and Elliott International Limited, which combined have $33 billion of assets under management. Elliott Associates, L.P., was founded in 1977.

Octava SA

OCTAVA S.A. is a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1997. Initially a turn-around fund with controlling interests in 34 companies from various sectors, in 2004 OCTAVA entered the real estate market as an active financial investor. Since its inception Octava S.A. distributed close to PLN 600 million to its shareholders, through dividends and pro-rata buybacks. Presently, Octava S.A. is investing in property-related financial instruments and a small portfolio of development assets.

OPT Management Team

Both Mr Rymaszewski and Mr Kryca have been working with Elliott and Octava for nearly 20 years, and are, through related entities, investors in Octava Property Trust.
